Two former US Navy Seal Team Six members have been charged with embeaching more than $2.7 million from a company in the Bahamas.
A lawsuit filed last month in US District Court in Fort Lauderdale charges the former SEALs, Ryan Hulsey, 29, and Jason Scott, 31, of fraud, embeaking, and false statements.
The defendants allegedly lied to the US Government about a company that owned a property on a Bahamas property.
Hulsey and Scott allegedly embeached more than half of the company’s funds, according to the lawsuit.
They are facing a maximum of life in prison.
The two men are scheduled to appear in court in Miami on May 25.
